REFUNDS/TRANSFERS

No transfers or refunds are available for any circumstance except military duty. If you are active military and need to receive a refund or transfer, please notify us by mail with official orders from your respective officer.

T-SHIRTS

Please note that t-shirts will be ordered on July 16 and to insure a shirt and the size requested we must receive your entry before that time.  We do not guarantee a shirt to for entries received after July 16. 

USA TRIATHLON

All athletes (including all relay members and participants in the Great Ohio River Swim) are required to be an annual member of USA Triathlon or pay a one day insurance license fee of $10. If you are an annual member, please bring your ID and USAT card to registration or you will be required to pay the one day fee.

The Cincinnati Triathlon will be conducted under the rules of USA Triathlon.

RACE CANCELLATION/CHANGES

Tucson Racing reserves the right to postpone, cancel or change the race or race format at any time to ensure athlete safety or to comply with directives from a municipal or governmental agency. If Tucson Racing determines conditions that might compromise the safety of participants, Tucing Racing, in its sole judgment, may cancel, postpone, or change the race and/or race format. No Refunds or Transfers will be given as a result of any cancellation, changes  or modifications.

AGE

You can be any age and participate in the Cincinnati Triathlon.  For children under 12 years of age, we will ask to speak to a parent or guardian before the entry is approved.
